"Worst place to live. I lived here for 7 months, and I moved out because of this reason. I’ve had to live with mold all around my back door, everytime it would rain, water would leak in through the mold. My apartment had a smell bc of it. I also have 2 little babies who had to breath this in. They would not come in fix it. I’ve tried multiple times calling and they would not give me an answer on when it would be fixed. They never fixed any of my issues there and is now billing me for damage I did not do. She was suppose to do a walk through with me and never got in touch with me. Absolute worse place I’ve ever lived at, do not recommend. Unless you are okay with lazy management! I wish I could give this place 0 stars for how badly it’s run…"

"This Property Manger is a slumb lord. She don't have a life. She seat and watch everything my son does as though she like him. She keep sending threatening eviction notice cause his girlfriend spend the night . He's not behind on rent or nothing. She just told his girlfriend if she come back out there she gonna have her escorted of the Property. This boy pay 575 a month and can't have Company. Come on Jessica you ought to ne shame but I will be contacting lawyer Mrs Dean"

"It is unfortunate my daughter applied, application fee taken with no follow up at all, the leasing manager does not answer the phone during business hours or return calls. No decision has been communicated she was told she would receive decision in mail which also did not happen. Be warned."

"This is by far the worst place I have EVER lived in my life . With this experience with Millbrook Villas I started off a young adult excited about getting my FIRST apartment only to realize that it was a mistake that left me scarred, Because of my Horrid experienced here I do not wish to EVER rent anything else in my life . I hate that you are required to leave at least one star for the review to post, however this place does not deserve any stars at all !!!!!!"
