Victoria Place Apartments

"Ok I been wanting to more here for a while and been calling for weeks and weeks and not a single person is there to answer my questions and concerns. They need some time of management. I’m about to go to Human Resources and report this establishment. They never answer the phone or any of my emails. I’m literally just trying to find an apartment and I know they have some available. As management it’s your responsibility to stay there during the times you are scheduled for. By far this is the worse experience I have dealt with when looking for apartments. The cheapest one I can actually find. And nobody cares to answer the phone. This place needs better employment. Because whoever you are that works there you need to be better about answering the phone and change your work hours on the website and the phone number y’all have listed. Nobody answers at the times I call Monday-Friday. I even called off your days and hours off the paper on your door. Get better employees and answer the phone and the next time I call I better get an answer. I’m taking this up with Human Resources and making sure y’all do what your supposed to do."
