"maintenance is very slow. trash is broken every other day. trash guys (we pay monthly for) don’t pick up on consistently, then animals rip through your trash. gym is old & run down. pool barely was open. gate (which we pay for) has never worked, also pay for pest control and had lots of roaches, spiders. also random fee’s that increased rent even more every month"

"I hated this place, STAY AWAY FROM HERE BEWARE OF THE KENLEY. AC problems all year around, maintenance can barely fix these issues, no reserve parking, apparently if you back in a parking space it’s a volition issue within your leasing agreement. Pest control a joke, leasing office a joke, laundry room is a joke, everything about it is cheap and over priced."

"I would give a 0 if I could, AC was out constantly, a lot of fees, you get charged for a gate that doesn't work, my water heater was rusted, I have seen barracks in better shape. I called at least once a month because the water pan in the AC kept filling up, and I stated the issue with the water heater the day I moved in, I have a copy and gladly send it to you if you want it."

"My family and I moved in a month ago after putting our house in the market and selling so fast! We were very excited but had nowhere to go! We googled a few apartments and found Kenley! As soon as we got to the entrance of the apartments, my daughter fell in love! We all did! The scenery is to die for! I was already so overwhelmed by everything moving so fast from the move. As soon as we arrived at the beautiful leasing office, we were welcomed by Allison. She was very understanding and attentive to my frustrations. I would like to sincerely thank her. She could tell that I was overwhelmed. She explained everything and assured me that she would take great care of us until we finally moved in. She also introduced us to Dave her manager who was also ready to help us reset our online account. He was just as friendly and professional. Everything went so smoothly from that day. Allison followed up with me with phone calls as promised. She helped me with all the questions and help that I needed. After we moved in, we had a few maintenance issues that have been attended to by Kenley’s very professional and caring staff. They seem to really care about their work. I would recommend the apartments to anyone. The bedrooms are spacious! My daughter loves the pool and lake area. I love to walk our puppy as I enjoy the scenery and the beautiful ducks."
