The Kensley Apartments 31230 Stagecoach Road, Spanish Fort, AL 36527

"This place needs to be shut down!! They do not perform regular inspections and will not fix anything, the property manager is very unprofessional, tell lies and everyone business! Avoid moving here!! She will also lie about the condition you left your apartment to charge you plus keep from paying your deposit back! Thank God I had pictures and proof to prove everything to corporate and was sent a $0 balance after they investigated everything! She violated our rights and lease agreement during the time we was there! The only thing I was ever found guilty of was living in that infested hell hole for a year that they will not fix or spray for bugs and she sit in the office everyday by the phone and will not answer the phone or door for her tenants! She lied and said I skipped out on my lease when we didn't even have a lease at that time and I have proof! If I did have a lease, I would've been charged for skipping out but I wasn't! She's just a liar and didn't think I was going to go further with it! She get over on the tenants who don't know their rights!! Wish I would've looked at the reviews before I moved there!!"

"Just Run, not worth the money. They will treat you horribly, if something breaks there's no manager to call. If someone does property damage they don't care. Had water coming through the ceiling they did nothing, apartment building was infested with fleas because of upstairs neighbor had wild foxes. I had to pay to get rid of them out of pocket. Homeless people would break into empty apartments. When neighbor got evicted he left his apartment like a war zone. Had 2 different kind of larvae falling down through porch and coming into my home. Call number of times to head office, took them 4 months to come out and even start cleaning it up. Not to mention the larvae were falling through Chandler light fixture and they left balcony door wide open and all windows. I lived there 3 1/2 years and things broken when I moved in never got fixed even though we'd repeatedly tell them. Also when moving in not repainted, carpet was so worn and disgusting it was separating from the brass plates that held it in, and the toilets where so disgusting I couldn't get the ring out of it. BTW have pictures of everything, including all the scars I have from thousands of flea bites,video/ photos of hundreds of maggots and Black soldier fly larvae falling through from upstairs porch. Very hard to get rid of, and would find them all through apartment burrowing through carpet. Place needs to be shut down and I did contact state. *** as a reply to your reply. "We love our apartment here! The property manager, Jessica, is friendly, kind, and very helpful. She does whatever it takes to get work done around the complex. She’s very easy to get in touch with and always gets things done as quickly as she can. The only drawback to these apartments is that some of the tenants lack a sense of pride when living here. They just throw trash down, leave disgusting items in the parking lot, and take up 2 parking spaces because they are too lazy to park correctly. That causes an issue with parking. I do not fault the property manager or the apartment owners for that at all. I would highly recommend living here just for the reason of having Jessica as the property manager. She just makes everything easier and really works hard!"

"The Kensley's is a great apartment complex to live in. I was very impressed with the floor plan they have because it includes lots of space in the main bathroom and bedroom areas. Not to mention you get to live in a nice community surrounded by a friendly family atmosphere. Also,the property manager at the Kensley's named Jessica, does an awesome job-Thumbs up for her being there for her tenants in problem solving, trash and clean up concerns,and she handles all communications with the up most respect for us who must pay rent there or need things fixed. I enjoy being a tenant at the Kensley's and recommend them highly. Including Praise to an excellent property manager, for always listening to what concerns us at the Kensley's. You have definetly kept the Kensley's apartments up and running smoothly compared to what other property managers we had in the past did. Thanks Jessica for that!!"

"terrible, noisy, dark, cheap quality, thin walls and flors, can hear your downstair neighbors tv, parking is a problem! if you respect yourself stay away from this place!"
