"No cleaning services at all, didn’t even changed (or offered to change). the towels. As soon as I got here they told me Internet was going to be down for the next 5 days. During my last night, a group of people upstairs was acting as if a Mardi Grass parade was happening here. I called the front desk and they told me I had to embrace the chaos until 11pm. Personnel is nice though."

"The price of the room was very reasonable. We didn't have reservations, so we didn't get the room we wanted. Overall, everything was nice and clean. I didn't go down for breakfast. I will stay again. The location was a bit hidden and could have used more lighting at the top of the hill near the turnoff."

"Met a colleague that was staying here Kind of like stepping back n time in the hotel world Still have to check in at desk What is the point of a mobile key The desk attendants seem to stuck without a decent chair It’s not China where there are no labor laws The paper waste is unbelievable! Who prints out reports in this day and time ??? Luckily, the courtyard was next door and has a nice little bistro and bar area The manager was walking around while we were meeting She has early onset of osteoporosis and is still working Why is anyone working with health problems ? The housekeepers had sodas in their carts Nothing healthy in sight Just sad is all I can say In most areas of the country , it is 2023 but not here Deep South is sad"

"This hotel was not really Marriott standard. While they have nice employees, the rooms were below average. When walking in, it smelled strongly of mold. We found the smell was from the bathroom, right above the door (black mold). I cant explain how strong of an odor it was causing through out. I refused to go in there if i could and kept the door closed. They had no fitted sheet on the bed, just a top sheet. We also found someone's vape in the side of the bed by the nightstand which makes you question what they cleaned or if they changed the bedding. Also - no microwave? This is the first hotel I've ever stayed in without a microwave in the room?? Only okay thing was breakfast and the clean lobby and nice employees. I wouldn't recommend or stay again personally at any cost. As a Marriott Gold member, this fell below Marriott standards in my opinion."

"Checked in on October 8, 2023. The first room they gave me the air conditioner would not work. The lady at the desk gave me another room with no delay. The second room the air conditioner made a little more noise than it should make, but at least it worked. I thought things were fine until I went to take a shower and discovered there was no hot water. Even after running the water for over ten minutes, no hot water, not even warm water. Will never go to this place again. I was shocked that a place with the Marriott name would have these kinds of issues."
