"Wouldn’t recommend and we lost our money due to Rachel wanting to change our move in day when we just asked what would the price change be if we did move in on that day I reached out to Devin about the situation after Rachel got very rude on the phone about the situation Devin proceeded to agree with Rachel which we expected but we were definitely not in the wrong they stole our money was told we could switch apartments we found a apartment that they were listing for a good price and reached out again to Devin and Rachel left messages and emails no response at all Im here to warn others about Devin and Rachel and don’t think about reaching out to corporate they don’t respond to emails or phone calls worst apartments ever wish we never applied here they should be fired"

"Used condoms in the parking lot all the time. Daily passive aggressive emails from management. Maintenance never actually fixes anything. Cops called on us by management the day we moved in. This place is not worth the money. Lived here for 2 years and watched literally every employee that I dealt with leave. If they can’t keep ‘employees what do you think the standards for your living will be? The only individual that isn’t a slimy low life is one of the maintenance men Alfonzo. Turns out he didn’t work here. Mold mold mold mold."

"This whole team is amazing. Although my situation changed and I did not become a resident, I was excited to move here! They were speedy, efficient, caring and seemed genuine in their happiness to have me as a resident. Morgan was wonderful and everything was processed quickly and efficiently. They really care about the property and seem to listen to their tenants and respond to their needs. They're making really wonderful, thoughtful updates to their already beautiful property and were doing the best they could to get me in at a time where I wouldn't have to pay more to move in. Despite my tough situation, they would have made the transition smooth and painless. Love this place and these people. Also, OBSESSED with their no tolerance policy for dog waste on the property. Genius and great way to hold people accountable for poor dog ownership habits. Move here. If you have your ducks in a row, they've got your back. Even if you dont, they are willing to help. BUT PLEASE, dont discredit them because they wont answer your phone calls. They are busy and likely giving one-on-one attention to a resident or potential resident. If you can, visit in person and they will take care. Email if they haven't answered your call because they will respond. Check your spam!"

"My husband, and I just moved here from Panama City Beach, FL. We love it here! Everyone in the office are great ,people. If we need anything, they are very fast, and one top of it. The grounds are very Beautifully kept up. They have a wonderful fenced playground, storage buildings, on site. A large guym, and a very nice large pool. They have it all.
