"Grande Pointe is a great place to live. It is located right across from a lake and has beautiful trees everywhere. For the majority of my time here, it has been fairly quiet. I have really enjoyed the management's quickness to respond and solve issues. The rent includes internet, cable, water and trash, which is super convenient and easy. Not to mention, it's a great rate for adequate space. One quirk is that the internet quite often would kick our devices off, but it was an easy fix to unplug and replug in the cable."
"TLDR: don’t live here if you like AC and working appliances, or if you hate mold and roaches. Save yourself some comfort and sanity and don’t move here. This place doesn’t care about their tenants and wont fix anything. Our AC went out around April and we notified them immediately. They came out to “fix” it multiple times but ultimately told us we would need a new inside unit, then they just stopped trying. We reached out almost weekly and temps in the apartment were regularly 90°+ during the day and 80°+ at night. It was unliveable. Their solution was to give us $100 off our rent just one time, which definitely didn’t help the fact that we were paying for an apartment that we couldn’t use. Our power bill was regularly $300+/month and we had to pay out of pocket for a window unit that only barely kept one bedroom cool. We have spoken to many other tenants and we are not the only ones with AC issues. These units are also FULL of roaches. They crawled all over our clean kitchen every night and got into food and on dishes. They were all in the walls. The vent fans in the bathrooms stopped working and they wouldn’t fix it, we ended up with mold in the bathrooms. The popcorn ceiling is falling off everywhere and the stairs leading up to our unit had a huge hole right in the middle that you had to step around. The parking is awful and every unit only got 1 space (even though we had three adults with cars on our lease), but they threatened to tow anyone parked on the street (literally where else are we supposed to park!?). They have switched management multiple times and lost our security deposit and refused to do anything about that even though it wasn’t our fault that they lost it. This place is way overpriced for the trashy living space, live elsewhere!"
"I have had nothing but a positive experience!!! I signed my lease and I’m excited about being a resident!! I have never met such a positive leasing staff / agent until I came here! I’m so excited to move in on the month of June!!! They are very flexible with giving tours and helping out with the learning process of how there leases work!! Me and the husky are ready for this move!!"
"The good reviews are fake. I know that for a fact. They are trying to evict, illegally, some tenants. Just because they want to rent the place at a higher price. The tenants I am talking about are peaceful and quiet and always pay their rent on time. They have not done anything to deserve to be evicted. Their lease expired after a year, they opted to go month to month and have paid rent on time. Without talking to them, they taped a notice on their apartment door saying that they had to be out in 30 days. The original lease said they could go month to month. It also said that the apartment Managment will give them two months notice to move out. The manager is been completely inflexible and is blocking them form getting a contract sign with another complex. The other complex have tried to repeatedly reach out to verify that they are renting at Grande Pointe Apartments and they are not answering the calls. What does the manager wants, put them in the street without allowing them to find another place to live? You should not be doing what you are doing. You should be more considered of tenants that have been paying rent for 3 years. There are laws that protect people."
"We are diligently working on continually improving the quality of life for our residents and guests! Please be sure to stop by the new clubhouse for a tour of our brand new fitness facility and media center!"
