"The property is run by the best ever!! Teresa is awesome and she is always there when you need her. She is extremely communicable and we appreciate her kindness and quick responses. We moved to Daphne from Jacksonville Fl in the last year and Teresa has always been there to make sure we are taken care of and make us feel comfortable! She is always ready to help with any issues that may happen and wants the best for your home. We are moving to Huntsville soon for work and we wish we could take her with us to our new apartment! "I moved here a little over a year ago and everything has been great! Theresa is awesome, she gone out of her way to make this apartment complex feel safe, comfortable, and updated. Anytime there is an issue she is on top of it. We went through a owner change and had a new resident portal set up and she was very helpful getting everyone set up on the new site. I was having issues with logging in and she was very patient and got down to the bottom of it. We've also had a lot of cosmetic updates to the buildings, new siding and paint. It looks very nice. I've already made sure to renew my lease for another year! The units are spacious and plenty of storage, that's hard to come by now. These apartments are pet friendly and very welcoming of your fur babies. The apartment complex is tucked away on Hwy 98 and is generally a quiet and peaceful area. Very happy that I found this place and I will continue to live here."

"If I could give them zero stars, I would have. This place was great when I moved in in 2016. When I first started living here, we had everything we needed; an on-site maintenance person, a courtesy officer, and a great apartment manager. Well, that changed in a hurry. Before I even had a chance to meet or get to know any of them, every single one of the on-site people left, the manager included. I didn’t think much of it, until it was employee after employee leaving. Once we would get a maintenance person or an apartment manager, they would quit before I even had a chance to get to know them. We had 8 apartment managers come and go by the time I moved out. I had to break my lease mainly due to the bugs. I had dead bugs in my apartment EVERY SINGLE DAY. They charge you for spraying every month and yet, it did nothing. I did my own pest control, but the seals in the apartments are so bad that there's nothing to be done. They also started lowering rent to get more tenants, and I had horrible neighbors. I walked into my apartment several times to the smell of weed and had to call the cops a few times because of the fighting at all hours of the night. I'm seriously paying $1000 to live here?! I brought all this up to the apartment manager at the time, but she had little sympathy for me or anyone else there and demanded that I pay the 2 months rent to break my lease. A few days later, I found out that she quit. The new manager, Marsha, told me to write a letter that she would send to corporate. I sent her the letter along with all the pictures of the bugs that I had cleaned up. She assured me that she would send it up the letter to corporate and that she would be in touch. That never happened. I've been out of my apartment for 6 months now, and I'm now having to deal with debt collection because I didn't pay to break my lease. I never heard from them once! They knew how to contact me and chose not to. They are horrible people running this company. DO NOT RENT HERE or with Balfour Beatty Communities. "We strive for 5" is the motto. Yea right! You guys only care about money and taking advantage of people."
