"In addition to the superb location (walking distance to city center, the main branch of the library, a grocery store, and a Mardi Gras parade route); the loveliness of the neighborhood; off-street parking (much of it covered); and the historic features of the building, the variable that lifts my rating to a *5* is the cordial and effective service provided by Linda, the property manager. I am an experienced renter, having lived in numerous cities over the years, and Linda is among the best. .... Is everything perfect at the building? No, of course not. But Linda's professionalism and customer service orientation were two of the reasons I selected St. Charles Apartments when I moved to Mobile, and they are two major reasons, after a full year of interactions and observations, for this level 5 rating."

"I have lived at this property for about 3 years now and absolutely love it for multiple reasons. Number one being the property management. Linda Conrady does a magnificent job and is always available to help the tenants on site and couldn't be nicer than any landlord I've ever had. People look away at this place because of its age but I think it's age is the reason why it is great. The structural integrity of his building is what makes it great. I forget I have neighbors sometimes as the walls are solid brick. Also extremely affordable. Would definitely recommend to anyone."

"I have been renting a 2 bed 2 bath at St. Charles. The apartment was freshly cleaned and painted upon move in. Passed my girlfriends white glove inspection! The building manager, Linda, has been great. We had a couple minor maintenance items; once reported, her team came in and addressed promptly. It's an old building with its quirks, but the location and on site staff are awesome!"
