"There was a guy who would normally work in the garage but was at the front desk, he did a great job but I did not get his name. Aaron was the one who repaired my tire and he did a great job as well. I always go to Discount Tire for everything, and will continue to do so because they get an A+ in service."

"I have bought tires from Discount Tires multiple times over the last 15 years. Every new vehicle I buy has always been taken to the store and road hazard purchased. I had a tire leaking and called to set up an appointment at the Merrillville Indiana location. I was told I couldn't make a appointment but to stop by and they would repair it. I left work early only to be told it would be at least 5 hours. When I questioned the time, he told me I should have made an appointment. Really!!! He said there were 20 people in front of me. I had to go down the road and pay $35 for a repair. When I called to complain about the wait, I was told the others waiting in lines safety was just as important as mine. I never said it wasn't but I do feel that if you have purchased road hazard, you should at least get priority over someone just looking for a free fix. My next set of tires will be purchased somewhere else and i will get in line with the others looking for a free repair, when convenient. ."

Staff member Joel was extremely helpful and patient with dealing with a warranty claim even while they were very busy. "Set an appointment at discount tire for four tires. Place was very busy when I got there. My appointment was at 11:00 a.m. and I was out the door at 11:50. As I sat and waited for my tires to be installed I observed all the employees working very hard and I must say being a business owner they all had excellent customer service. This is my first time it discount tire and I will be getting all my tires here going forward. I recommend this place to anyone looking for tires at a reasonable price and most importantly, getting honest, excellent customer service."
