"Steer clear of these dreadful apartments! Maintenance is a disaster, the management team is unresponsive, the office and building managers provide no assistance and the entire place is a disgrace. These apartments did not use to be this bad. The constant shuffle of management companies has transformed it into an absolute nightmare. Do yourself a If you reside here, dial 311 to report any problems. This apartment complex is currently under investigation, with multiple reports already filed. favor and avoid this chaos as long as possible. Despite not having a pet, there's dog waste from the unit above mine lingering for three months. Despite reporting it to management, the issue remains unaddressed to this day. EDIT: The organization's actions speak volumes: they promptly address Google reviews but consistently overlook the opportunity to proactively reach out to residents although they have contact information. The burden of initiating contact frequently falls on residents, as evidenced by multiple posts expressing dissatisfaction with the apparent unresponsiveness of the management. This highlights the incompetence of both the property workers and upper management within the corporation. If you seek a peaceful living environment, it's advisable to explore residential options elsewhere."
"If I could give a negative review I would I’ve been here since 2021 and never had any issue UNTIL this new company took over , a coat of paint won’t change attitudes and not doing your job . They want to charge 25.00 for a trash can outside your door which I work doubles most days but they’ve allowed corona bottles pizza boxes , trash bags x 3 to remain on the steps 4 days after a complaints was made about it , then today my air is out I called some lady answered the phone and basically told me that maintenance ONLY COMES OUT FOR EMERGENCIES SUCH AS FIRES AND FLOODS , like not being with air on the 3rd floor and it’s 75 degrees outside isn’t an emergency , so I stop by the office to get an update she goes to say that NO ONE has got back with her and that CORPORATE HAS YO APPROVE if maintenance can come or not . If I didn’t want to ruin my credit I would move immediately this has been the worse experience I’ve encountered especially since Tasha left and the other maintenance guys left this is a horrible leasing company all you see is people MOVING OUT NOT MOVING IN . We pay too much money to be treated like NOBODIES"
"**LONG POST ALERT** IF YOU’VE NEVER READ A REVIEW ABOUT THIS COMPLEX PLEASE READ THIS ONE BEWARE!!! I want to start by saying this is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. If i could give a zero star review this would definitely be it. I wish we would’ve toured other apartment complex’s before signing with this one. 1. Our unit wasn’t “Move-In” ready upon coming to visit the unit we would be staying in. We were told the unit would be ready when we came to look at it before our move in date. Dust was all over light fixtures, missing paint, nails in our carpet, floors still dirty and that’s just the tip of the ice berg. 2. Lydia, Terri and Simmie are genuinely the worst employees of this property. Terri will give you the complete run around about fixing anything in your unit which could take weeks or months even. She’ll constantly say that “Oh i’m going to get with Simmie and we’re going to take care of it and schedule a date for such and such, or I’ll have him give you a call. You will never hear from this man, so don’t even waste your breath. Lydia is just a sitting duck, she doesn’t reach out upon moving in being the fact she’s the “Leasing Consultant” 3. The constant knocking noises that come from the walls when you have water on is beyond annoying, we have mentioned this several times to them, recorded these noises and Terri says that they’ve had “contractors” come in and look at this but we are always here when “maintenance” or anyone enter our apartment and NO ONE has been here to see about this problems And it goes on for hours in the morning time. We’ve only been here a month and nothing about this apartment complex is LUXURY!! IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL! The management team is poorly operated, you have to call several times just to get someone to answer the phone, and they do nothing to accommodate their tenants. Please do not be fooled by the outside looks of this complex, or by the comments they leave under these reviews. We’ve tried to be extremely patient with these people but they just don’t care, they don’t care about their tenants at all, they literally sit in the office on their tails all day and watch the phones ring. The trash people are the pettiest individuals, once before we weren’t aware that they only take 2 bags at a time so instead of taking the 2 bags and leaving the other one their for the next pick up day they left all 3 bags with a note. We really don’t expect to be living here much longer because of the condescending attitude and they like to speak and look at you as if you’re stupid so please take heed to this review and just find somewhere else to stay. And when you ask about speaking to corporate, Terri acts as if she’s doing you a favor, she’ll give a number and claim they have “no email” but how do the employees get in contact with them if their is no email. What corporate companies you know that doesn’t have an email address. Just a blatant LIAR."
"IF YOU NEVER LISTEN TO A REVIEW PLEASE take this one into consideration! This apartment complex is horrible on so many levels. The apartment complex went from Arlington Park to Astoria and no one new until pulling into the complex one day and saw the name changed. Next, we moved here due to the gated community but the gate was broken the entire lease which was 5 years and kept being lied to about it being repaired. They come up with erroneous fees constantly and try to talk to you as if you’re incompetent. Please keep up with your payment receipts because they will lie and say you didn’t pay your rent. Tasha that was there was amazing! Since she left, the new management Terri is condescending, rude and lie. They never fix anything or it takes months to have someone fix whatever is broken. We had to go an entire year with no smoke detectors after calling the office multiple times! They painted the outside of the complex’s to attract potential residents, but will not take care of the breezeways which are filthy from the trash bags that are picked up bursting on the walls. If you and for corporate number, Terri will lie and say she doesn’t have the number of she’ll give you a number where no one answers. When you move out she will come up with so many erroneous fees that are no where on the lease. Notice was put in in a timely manner per the lease and still had to pay an extra month for no reason. Also, if you do move there, please get a ring camera because she will say notices were left on your door. Luckily I had one and each time she lied about noticed being put on my door. I literally can go on and on, but please take head the previous reviews because I really wish I did. Management is complete trash!"
"I lived here for 3 years, and just recently moved out. The apartment itself I absolutely adored. I was on the 2nd floor and had a great view of the complex. If I could take this apartment with me on the go I would. As for management, I feel like my experience here could have been a lot better if management was more competent. Any time i had an issue, someone from management always made me feel like I was a burden. From the beginning (2020) I had issues getting my mailbox key and my W/D. Maybe after 2-3 weeks of living there I finally got my mailbox key. From that point on I tried not to run into issues mainly to avoid the people in the office. I lived there for 3 years so I saw MANY maintenance people come and go. But there was ONE maintenance person that was ALWAYS so attentive. I don’t believe he is there anymore. Shoutout to Myron bc he always made sure I was good with anything I needed help with. Management got slightly better after 2022ish. I chose to move out earlier than my set move out date. I informed management of that. I even stopped by the office and physically handed someone my keys. But then I received a call 2 weeks later asking why I never turned them in. Not sure who I spoke to, but I reassured her I handed the keys to the woman at the desk. when I told her this she sounded frustrated (like it was my problem). Apartments are aesthetically pleasing. Love the high ceilings, the patio, the windows. But management could use some improvement and better attitudes. No one wants to feel like a burden, especially in a place that you’re supposed to call home."
