"These are aome of the worst apartments to live in. The managers are barely here to make sure the property is well maintenance. Everytime I take a shower, the tub fills up to the top and takes 2-3 days to drain all the way out. My air conditioning freezes up, and it's roach infested. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to a homeless person."

"The worst apartments I’ve ever lived in , I had 3 managers in the 1 year I lived there. The maintenance doesn’t fix ANYTHING ❗️ Our hall light was out the whole time I lived there and my sink didn’t work for a whole month . The house was roach infested and the week I lived there my air didn’t work. I WOULD NOT recommend these apartments to ANYONE that is looking"

"Had 4 different landlords in 3 years, no pool, a leaking roof that went unfixed (the primary reason we left) the dishwasher broke and after 9 months we were told that instead of fixing it they were just going to disconnect the water line. It honestly doesn't matter whether you're quiet and clean or pay your rent on time every month, the fact is that there is no stability within management and their only concern seems to be collecting rent. If you decide to move here you should be prepared to maintain/repair everything yourself. It's nice if you keep it nice, but ultimately it's every tenant for themselves."

"It's so hard getting anything done. My windows pop out. Problem with rodents. We got a pool we can't​ use. The laundry room is full of black mold. The grass never gets cut unless someone complains. We have no maintenance man and barely a manager. And i pay my rent every month"

"Completely untrue. They DO NOT maintain the property not do they do pest control if you "pay your rent and don't cause problems". Be serious. And be honest! Pest control has come ONCE since we moved in here. We've had plumbing problems from the beginning and it has ALWAYS been an issue to get them to fix the toilet. Especially right now. We're going on 2 weeks with a clogged toilet that's full of feces. They've come twice. The first guy broke the snake in the toilet and said he'd be back. I called and left messages, also spoke with the lady in the office. Finally the other guy shows up, he asked me did the previous maintenance guy pull out the piece of snake that broke and I said no. So he said "well he can come and fix this since he made it worse" and then he left. My house smells like rotten poo and currently the water is off AGAIN with ZERO notice to residents...for the 2nd time in a week. Btw, we pay our rent on time every month and have never had any issues with trash outside, our unsupervised kids running wild, fights, etc etc. So that said, how come these people aren't rushing to fix OUR stuff? They sure rush to get that rent each month! And here we are paying rent for a TWO bathroom and for almost half this month, we've only had one!"
