Crown Inn

"I lived at "the Crown" for three years. I loved it. My room was over the office. The only nuisance was the trains that came through frequently. Everybody was friendly. I always felt safe. Police patrolled the grounds regularly. I'm trying to get back."

"Very dirty! It's infested with roaches! Before we could sleep or shower we had to bleach the whole room and mop the floors! The housekeeping doesn't clean and complains when you ask for toilet paper. Very unprofessional management! Both beds were broke from the box spring to the rails so the beds leaned really bad so very uncomfortable stay."

"It's not as bad like it once was. Since the owner passed the staff have gotten very rude though. I did however rent a room for one night and we saw bed bugs. Plus roaches. we told the front and were given a very rude "this had better be good If I don't like what you have to say it ain't going to be pretty." After we told about the bugs, we got " I can't do any thing about it tonight" they could have brought another mattress or at least sprayed."

"This is a pretty decent place. Police patrolled at random. Its an old place with plenty of charm. You cant beat the prices. Ive stayed here a fee times for months at a time. The proprietors of this establishment are a very nice couple just living out retirement seems like. The Mrs. Does keep very pretty flowers."

"This place looks like they put lipstick on a pig. Building has been painted, the railing is beautiful in the front but the Water main leaked for days, leaving a puddle in the parking lot. The sink in the bathroom was stopped up for at least 3 days. People are nosey and dog eye you if you are new."
