"I bought a Chevy 4x4 truck from a dealership in December of 2019 and have had the truck ever since. I’ve taken truck in to the same dealership for oil changes and service for the contract I have with triton. The truck had 69,000 miles when I bought the truck. The truck now has 107,317 and it’s been 4 years later so I don’t drive it much. The other morning I went to start truck and let it warm up I heard it start tapping. Take it to the shop to have it fixed and the warranty company can back with only one line sentence and it says ( unfortunately, You only have the basic warranty and none of these concerns are covered. Thanks). WOW if I could give this company a 0 I would. I paid almost 2.000.00 for a warranty and they come back with that. Never will I recommend or bye another warranty though this company. Now I have a truck with a small tick that I’m going to have to fix myself with out any of their help so they will be see me in court. So don’t buy from them they suck!!!"

"Horrible! My car had a nail in the sidewall of the tire called AAA and surprised that my new car did not come with a spare. Towed to local tire shop and my warranty would not cover it because the tire shop could not send an estimate and if I tried to on my own the warranty woulda’t cover me waste of money! And not nice service they said supervisor was unavailable and they were short staffed"

"I purchased triton extended protection for my brand new vehicle last year, a 2022 Chevy equinox. Due to the high mileage usage that I use my vehicle for, it is now in the process of having to have a whole new engine replacement. For one I am not happy with chevrolet because I feel that is insane to require that type of work to be done after only 101,000 miles, but I am even more upset with Triton and their refusal to provide me with a loaner while my vehicle is being serviced and now their refusal to provide a brand new engine for the replacement, instead they are providing a used engine that will require a longer wait time for the dealership to even receive it before it can be installed. This company has no problem offering all of these perks in the event of you needing them, and when it comes down to you actually needing them they leave you out in the cold with no help."

"With the purchase of a new vehicle you have a 3 year and 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty with no deductible. If you decide to pay for this plan you are giving up that 3 year and mileage bumper to bumper with zero deductible to have to pay a deductible for the first three years. If you could add the plan after the end of the normal warranty this plan would be worth considering. As it is now the plan is a big no."

"Company does not honor warranty. Company gives you the runaround. The negative reviews by others is 100% legit. I will be taking this company to small claims court. I'm surprised this company has not had a class action lawsuit yet."
