"Forrest hill apartments are horrible no repairs.the office manager are rude. It is very unsafe living in thoses apartments I moved 3 years ago. No they don’t fix anything , it’s bad they let anyone and everyone move in the apartments no back ground check, when I was living over there the Rent manger will spend the night in the rent office but the tenants have to pay rent to live there but the rent manager lives in the office. Her White Van is always parked at the office but when you call to complain about someone or something that needs fixed no answer, i fee like this place is mange by bad management and hopefully the people there will just move . Because becareful with doing applications here or living here ,don’t this place is horrible"

"So far so good! As mentioned by another reviewer there is no maintenance so the repairs are definitely going unnoticed. The gate doesn't work most of the time. The apartments are spacious and for the most part it's quiet throughout the complex. The rent is reasonable. My encounters with the staff has always been nice and cordial. However, it's tough trying to get someone to answer the phone."

"WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STARS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL (FRAUDS) THEY DONT KEEP UP WITH THE APPLICATION LIST EVEN IF YOU CALLED THEM EVERY 3-6 MONTHS CHECKING ON YOUR NAME THEY TAKE YOUR NAME OFF AND BUT THIER FREINDS OR FAM.. THATS 35 DOLLARS WE CANT GET BACK FOR THE APPLICATION FEE PLEASE KEEP YOUR MONEY FROM THESE FRAUDS!!!!!!"
