"This place is TERRIBLE now! Right when you walk in nobody is at the front counter. When they finally notice you a random tattoo artist pops up to assist you with what you need but when you go for a tattoo you’re stuck with that one artist. I went to schedule a tattoo for myself and I got stuck with an apprentice (Andi) who had no clue what she was doing. She was super heavy handed, did not make the environment comfortable at all, and was very pushy. After she finished my tattoo I noticed it completely came off mind you I never had this happen with a tattoo before from here with other artists so I was completely confused. I went back to address it with her and she said it was fine just healing but it’s not there at all just bits and pieces of the outline (which I did not want) instead of being filled in and fully shaded. Overall I do not recommend this place if you want a comfortable tattoo experience. Super rude and very unprofessional."
