"I rarely leave bad reviews but in this case I think it is warranted. Let me start by saying everyone at the clinic was friendly. I have never been to physical therapy so I had no idea what to expect. The set-up is a little odd at this clinic since it is so small and a single open room. So you may be getting adjusted on a table with someone an arms length away. But the bigger issue is that I had no idea how expensive it is. They billed my insurance and after insurance paid their portion I paid close to $2000 for 14 visits and I am still dealing with an issue with my shoulder. I wish they had been a bit more forthcoming with the costs so I could have stopped coming after 4-5 visits. But I was hopeful..."
