"I would like to comment on how professional and personable the front desk receptionist Aaliyah is. When I've had appointments in the past, I've encountered a rude lady who treats patients as if they were peasants. If the office manager ever reads this, thank you for placing a person at the front desk who is friendly and concerned. Also love the care that Kevin, Kim, and Lorene give to their patients A1."

"I took my mom to this place for her appointment the other day and was utterly disgusted! My mom has told me how rude they are when going to check in. Not only do they speak rudely and are short with you but their attitudes are nasty!!! The nurses or whatever their titles are were behind the glass making fun of people as they were checking the messages on the machine. Talking loudly enough so that the entire waiting room heard them. They laughed loudly and criticized the way the older customers were pronouncing certain words, just doing a lot of down right disrespectful things. Patients do not expect to get treated this way and it’s ridiculous that they do. You need to train these “ladies” on how to treat people whether they are in the office or not. God only knows what they’ve been doing or how long they’ve been doing it. I plan to forward my concerns further. Good day!"

"I have been under the care of Dr. Robert Hoit since 2018. He is a top-notch nephrologist. He takes time to assess your health at each visit, and makes solid recommendations on treatment. His bedside manner is great. The staff is professional and nice for the most part. There was a nurse named Denise that was rude but I haven't seen her the last few times I've been there. Lorene is my favorite person of everyone that works in the back office. She's awesome! The folks in the lab are always nice as well."

"I'm a veteran and was referred through the VA. I make appointments and they change or cancel them without giving me notice. They say they sent a letter notifying me but I have yet to receive a letter on any of the cancelations or changes to my appointments. The staff is unable to accept responsibility that they made a mistake. Noone tried to call or contact me despite their insistence otherwise. I would not recommend them to anyone. I do not feel they earned the 1 star rating I gave them but it will not let me give them a 0 star rating. My experience with them can best be described as 4 months of stress, frustration and deflection of any responsibility or capability to schedule appointments accurately. If you enjoy users then this is the place to go."

"I have been seeing Dr. Robert Hoit for about 18 years now. I absolutely love him and his staff. The nurse, Laverne, is amazing!! I have never had a bad experience with anyone there from the front desk to the doctor to the nurses to the checkout. I highly recommend Renal Associates of Montgomery and specifically Dr. Robert Hoit if you have issues with your kidneys."
