"If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I was referred for homeowners insurance. Instead of sending me a homeowners policy to review , I was emailed an auto policy for someone else. I informed Trey that I wasn’t trying to get an auto policy. Once I finally got the correct policy to review Trey gave me a quote that was 400 dollars lower than the other place. This is because the policy was written up wrong and didn’t include the correct type of roof that my home had. I ended up going with another insurance broker in the area only to find out that Trey and his team activated this incorrect homeowners policy and had a check cut from my escrow to the insurance company WITHOUT my permission or signature on any application. He also sent me auto insurance ID cards, in the mail, for the same auto policy mentioned above that belonged to someone else after I had informed him that this policy didn’t belong to me. When I called to fix this situation and asked Trey what happened, he blamed it on his father Ron. I wouldn’t trust this company at all and honestly, I don’t see how he’s allowed to sell insurance. He is uneducated on what the laws are and will not admit fault on anything nor will he try to make things right. ******UPDATE********** Read the blanket reply to my issue. This company committed fraud and all they care to do is issue a blanket response to my issue that is totally irrelevant. Seriously , what a joke of a business. Run far far away."
