"Donnie Young from this location was stellar. We had come from the Corydon location and had two very different experiences. We went with a car in mind but Donnie wanted to make sure we had options and wanted to find us the best fit. When it came time to test drive, he encouraged us to see how our baby's car seat would fit in the car. This honestly sold me, once the car seat went in, it never came out. It is the perfect car for our growing family. Donnie and all the team members were so patient and kind to our wild 8 month old baby girl. We went to multiple dealerships that day and my husband and I were very impressed with this location. We are very happy with our Chevy Equinox. Definitely recommend."

"We test drove 2 different Jeeps at this dealership. The first one was a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport, which drove okay. The second vehicle was a Jeep Latitude. Within the first mile we realized the tire was going low, so we returned the vehicle to the service side to add air, so we could finish the test drive. Once we returned to the road, the vehicle starting shaking and rattling, causing the salesman to request we return immediately. The salesman assured us that all vehicles go through the inspection process and he had no idea why this car was currently on the lot for sale. Our daughter really liked the first vehicle and decided to proceed with the purchase. We told the salesman our concerns and were assured the vehicle passed all inspections at the dealership and was essentially a good vehicle to move forward with. During the drive, the radio would not pull in any radio stations. That could not be explained while we were driving but upon getting the vehicle home, we discovered it was missing the antenna. The vehicle burns a quart of oil a month. The vehicle has been in the shop to be repaired, two different times since October. Then tonight, it began smoking on the inside through the vents and outside under the hood. It is not driveable at all. I would not recommend buying a used car from this dealership. It took all of our 16 yr old daughters savings and some of ours to purchase this jeep and now it needs towed to a shop and hopefully can be fixed at minimal cost. Buyer beware"
