I think it’s a sign of their honesty and proof of integrity. I’ve used them a handful of times in the last year, both for unexpected repairs and scheduled major maintenance. I’m not sure how they find time to squeeze me in because their lot always seems full and it’s no secret that their mechanic work is probably the best around and at a fair cost. I truly appreciate that they communicate so well in regards to estimates and also that they’re willing to share information to help with the longevity of your vehicle."
