"Very conflicted on these apartments. We’ve lived here for a few months now and everything had been pretty good. However they will not respond to emails and half the time when you go up to the office no one is even in there. If you have loud neighbors be prepared to hear them all the time. Sometimes even till 2am. Overall decent apartments considering how close you are to everything just wish the staff would respond and people would be more considerate of others."

"I've only been here a week but it seems like a really nice place to live so far. Everything is brand new and clean. You get a lot for what you pay in rent. Dustin at the front desk was super friendly and helpful during the move in process. I had a couple maintenance issues on day 1 (dryer and microwave didn't work) but Chris on the maintenance team took care of it right away. I will update if anything changes but it's been a great experience so far. Edit: It's been almost 4 months. No major complaints. I do wish there was an option to use physical keys instead of the Latch app. In my opinion the cons outweigh the pros for smart locks. But it's still a great place to live and I highly recommend it."

"No sugarcoating at all…I have been at Mosby Bridge Street for 7 months. I’ve lived in several different apartment complexes in my life and this one, I can say, is not only the best but the standard. Dustin has been the person who I’ve communicated with from the time I applied until now and I can truly say he has been amazing. Often times with office staff for most complexes you will find that they tend to have attitudes, are not willing to assist or don’t like their jobs. Anything I have needed, whether question or accommodation, Dustin has always been willing to assist, helpful, knowledgable and if there was an issue very open to finding a solution. Maintenance has also been amazing. I had one issue which was fixed and in the process of it being fixed I asked about something else. I was told to put in a work order and honestly forgot about it, but they remembered and came back to assist. This is the only place I’ve probably lived where everything is just smooth!"

"I have lived here for a few months now and I can’t say how happy I’ve been with everything. The complex is quiet and feels very safe which is huge. The amenities are definitely a perk! Dustin and the leasing team are SO SO helpful. Dustin will do everything he can to help in any way he can! A bad leasing team can really ruin your apartment complex, but Mosby has some of the best! So helpful, so attentive, and soooooo sweet! I’ve loved my time being here at Mosby so far!!"

"This is a very nice apartment community!!! I moved here in June and I’ve never lived in an apartment community where they go above and beyond to help out and make every process easy and convenient. They have brought in heavy packages for me, they reply to emails in a very timely manner, and I can’t recommend the Mosby at Bridestreet enough. The apartments are beautiful and the staff is wonderful! I really want to single out Dustin Underwood. He took great care of me starting from the virtual tour. He has been so accommodating and you can tell he really wants to do all he can to make your experience wonderful! He’s truly just a super nice human being!"
