"Today, I had an apartment tour at The Collins and the Leasing Specialist, Liv Potts, was amazing. She pointed out so many things The Collins provided that grabbed my attention. Liv answered any questions that I had regarding the residences available. She was very nice and polite. I recommend anyone who sets up an apartment tour with The Collins to ask for Liv Potts and you won’t be disappointed. I look forward to being a future resident thanks to her!"

"I really love my apartment, the amenities, and staff at this property. The ladies in the office are incredibly helpful and resolve issues immediately, but maintenance leaves A LOT to be desired. Requests are always left incomplete and I wait months for them to come back and finish. It’s the only issue that will make us question a third lease."

"Don't rent here unless you like spending 1500 a month for, roach infested, nothing works right, been 3month without a AC, they towed my vehicle twice because I was parked on the line, 250 bucks each to get it back. 600 dollar fee for each animal, 50 dollars per bag of trash on ground, 1st one is free, and if you throw any furniture away it 500 dollars for them to remove it. People getting robbed, facility calling cops on you if you stay in the pool to late, peoples houses getting ransacked,I can keep going with this list, avoid this place, go to the county parts and rent a whole house for 700 a month."

"I absolutely love living at the Collins! The location is perfect! We are surrounded by a ton of restaurants and shopping. Target is less than a minute drive away and Mid City is less than 5 minutes away. And the area feels very safe, even at night. The Collins has a very nice pool that is completely in the sun for a majority of the day, a well-equipped fitness center, and a ton of yard space for both people and doggos to play!"
