"I have lived at their apartment complex since December 2020. It has been a great experience because of the available amenity that has been instrumental to my morning routine: their gym. Most mornings I have consistently woken up around 5 AM just to start my day by working out before the sun arrives and then go to work. Fast forward fall of 2023, the recent takeover of a new management has made residents' gym key fob inactive in the early mornings, which ruined my morning routine. On other occasions, I wasn't able to enter their gym during a three-day weekend because the key fob scanner wouldn't open up. I have expressed my displeasure to office representatives on multiple occasions, who responded to me in a positive, respectful manner that they have been notifying upper management to have the gym's accessibility resolved. Now it's February 2024 and the situation hasn't changed. I don't mean to tarnish the apartment's reputation nor to slander the representatives whom I communicated with, but am frustrated that I can't use a resource that should be available to residents 24/7. Of course, I do have a gym membership at a normal gym, which I do workout on a regular basis ONLY after my job. As someone who is in the military and marathon runner, I take physical fitness passionately. For those who are reading this and truly care about using the gym at odd hours and love fitness, there are other apartments that are likely better."

"0 Stars here: Ever since this company had taken over this community lost the “living” in the name and literally in all aspects of the community. All they care about is finding every possible way to take your money, and then bully you into staying in the community. Not only if the in office staff incompetent, you can’t reach a human to discuss any issues because they don’t publish numbers. Do yourself a favor and DONT move. Luxury goes beyond white cabinets and granite…& Trust me, you’re not going to get luxury here!"

"Don’t count on getting your security deposit back. They are failing to give back security deposits for multiple residents from when they changed management. I’ve called many times and these people do not care. They won’t even call me back. I even got a letter stating I would get the security deposit back months ago. I’m going to have to take them to small claims court to get it settled or to even just get a response from them."

"Alexandria and Amanda at the front office are the most wonderful people. Im relocating from Georgia to Huntsville, AL which is nerve racking but I feel so much more comfortable knowing that i'm moving to such a loving and supportive community. To anyone looking for a new place to live I promise picking Virtuoso will be the best decision. Just look how beautiful this place is!"
