Limited handicap parking and garages. And don't select this place unless absolutely certain you will complete your rental term. If not be ready to pay around $1400 plus whatever your new rent cost is. I'd go with a home rental if I had a do over."

"I lived at The Cottages at Watercress for 4 years and absolutely loved it! The apartment homes are spacious, bright, well laid out, and peaceful. There are large green spaces that my dog loved and a beautiful paved walking trail. In addition to the apartment space being perfect, the staff and community members are so wonderful! With monthly resident events and welcoming neighbors I made great friends and found a wonderful community. Michelle, Dean, and Charleton do an amazing job keeping the community beautiful and fixing any issues that arise. I recommend this community to anyone and everyone in Huntsville/Madison and know that they will love it as much as I did. Thank you for a great 4 years Watercress!"

"Great place to live! Convenient location, nice gym, excellent managers, friendly neighbors, & timely maintenance. Definitely the nicest complex I’ve lived in. Rent’s not bad imo! Staff throw fun lil’ events. Honestly scratching my head trying to think of “cons” atm. Yeah, consider Watercress if you’re apartment hunting!"
