"We enjoy living here, as the location is so convenient to work and stores, restaurants and shops, parks, etc. Arch Street Apartments provides cleanup stations with bags for our dogs.The grounds crew does a wonderful job and the community is so nice to walk through every day. The maintenance team is so nice and friendly and have responded timely any time we have made a request. The management is wonderful in so many ways. They communicate well, initiate opportunities to bring the community together, and promptly return phone calls and emails. We have not lived in an apartment in a long time, and the staff here has made our transition smooth and welcoming. We are thankful we chose Arch Street for this season in our lives. -Jeff and Rene’"

"Phenomenal interactions with management! Our Arch Street leasing professional, Fabiola, was extremely responsive. She responded to our questions and communicated relevant information within hours! This responsiveness was stunning compared to our previous apartment complex. My wife and I were moving to find a more affordable apartment; Fabiola helped us to review all of the available apartments, lease terms, and monthly payments. She never got annoyed with helping us and our numerous questions, but genuinely seemed eager to help! She let us tour two apartments the first day we visited Arch Street. We didn’t end up applying that day, but took many lease estimates home and looked over our options. A few days later, we visited Arch Street again and Fabiola gladly toured us through an apartment again. She never pressured us to sign, and she made sure we were aware of all the specials and terms available to us. During the application process, Fabiola continued answering each of our questions punctually and helpfully! It is refreshing and reassuring to have management that are trustworthy and knowledgeable and demonstrate that by being direct, thorough, and valuing our leasing experience and decision making. It is incredibly valuable to have a leasing staffing that are true to their word like at Arch Street. We have experienced the opposite of this before and it causes extreme frustration and disappointment; we’re so grateful that the Arch Street staff have been honest and straightforward. Arch Street apartments are a great value; the apartments are nice and clean, the complex is great and a friendly community! The model units we were shown do not overstate or overplay the value of quality of the apartments, after moving in, we were impressed that our apartment seemed as nice to us as the model units we saw. This is not something we can say about other complexes we toured. My wife and I feel like we are home. Our previous apartments have felt so temporary, difficult, and inconvenient. At Arch Street we feel welcome, respected, and like part of the community."

"I’ve been living at Arch Street Place for 3 years. The apartment complex has been very pleasant. The people who work on the facility have been nice and respectful. I’ve been able to build relationships with people on the facility. I love the monthly activities they host at the clubhouse. Also, they are quick on any maintenance requests you need in your apartment. Overall, I would recommend anyone to live here!"
