"Bug riddengarage nasty, pool nasty, gym unavailable, grass growing up around tennis courts. Run away quickly. Windows so nasty you couldn't see out them. Oven was rust. Ice maker never worked. When I moved n porch was nasty, got the black foot. Mold all over the window seals."

"I have been living here for almost two years. I love this apartment. It’s the cheapest apartments in the area and still very nice. They aren’t brand new but for the bridgestreet area I wouldn’t live anywhere else. Robin has been the leasing office manager and she has done nothing but help me with everything I need. For a very long time she was the only person working and she had A LOT to manage. Yet she still managed to get back to me on everything within a day or so. Maintenance guys (specifically Deon) are awesome too. They get back to me same day if it’s urgent and within two days if it’s routine maintenance. My only complaint was the bugs a few months but they have managed to fix that issue. Overall this is a wonderful place to live if you can’t afford $1500 at the brand new places and you also don’t want to pay $800 for a piece of @#$%."
