"Apartments are infested with rats, roaches & god knows what else. Bonnie the manager waited at the door for us to get my deceased uncles belongings. After they tore the apartment up & stole out of it of course. Another woman by the name of “Nas” took pictures of us unlawfully & pushed for us to sign a “consent form”. Which we weren’t doing hince the unlawful things being done at this apartment. I wouldn’t have a stray dog live here."

"I have no clue how this place isn't condemned. Oscar the Grouch wouldn't live here. The units are extremely outdated and falling apart. Had a family member who lived here that passed away. But while he was in the hospital my wife and I took care of his dogs. The dogs used the bathroom inside the apartment, but I couldn't distinguish the difference between their smell and that of the apartment complex. We notified management that we were taking care of them, and after our family members death we took the dogs with us to the vet. We attempted to work with the management to finish emptying his apartment. We showed up to get the rest of his belongings, but when we arrived they had already changed the locks. They were waiting for the dogs to be removed before doing this. Upon looking through the sliding door window we noticed the sectional sofa was missing. We called the police and filed a report. We attempted the contact the office while the police were there, but they wouldn't answer. The following day we returned to claim our family members property during the day. We entered the property to find not only the sectional sofa missing, but his kitchen table and chairs were too. They were already told that we wanted to be present if they needed to enter the apartment, but they don't care about rights of tenants or their surviving family."

"Pleaseee don’t move over here. These apartments are full of mold, rats , roaches. They are not remodeled, appliances are from other abandoned apartments they are not new. The ceiling is about to fall through in all units. Trash everywhere outside. The owner is money hungry they are overpriced. They don’t fix anything. Run far away you will be better living under the freeway. They are the highest apartments in centerpoint and they are very raggedy"

"It's very nice here and basically quiet for most of the time no BS over here it's really nice living here at Carson crest apartments. They are located at 1401 Carson Rd Birmingham Alabama 35215"

"Negative zero stars if could. This is actually the worse place I've ever lived. I lived here for 4 years. Ceiling leaked and fell and exposed toxic mold. Mold specialist came and confirmed it was black mold. Owners saw it and said that they wouldn't live there and also said it was not livable. I asked to move to an empty unit and they told me that it was reserved for someone else (June 14, 2021). That unit is currently still empty. No accommodation at all. I had to move. They weren't concerned about me or my 5 year old son health."
