"I hate the thought of this one star even remotely bringing up there average from a 2.2 Cause they definetly do not deserve that! This place is horrible, judgemental, and just outright ignorant. Due to the situation at hand I am forced to call the Better Business Beura and the American Disability Act. Maybe they will be able to wake these people up or at least get the president's attention to what is really going on here. I wish I could be more specific but the lawyers suggest otherwise. But I can say this it takes a lot to get me this angry and out of my comfort zone and this place has gotten me to that point. But I refuse to sit back and allow these people to use what little power they have been giving only to be judging, disrespectful, and don't forget racist. You know I use to think I lived in a world where we cared about how our choices and words effected someone else's life but Candy Mountain Apartment Staff has prooved this not to be true at all. I will continue to pray for them all."

"So terrible needed to make a second post on this place because it’s getting ridiculous. I just hate living with roaches and the amount of mold would scare professionals. This place is god awful on the upkeep of their tenants. NO ONE CARES, NOT A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER CARES. The staff just blows leaves and smokes maybe helps the other side of the apartment complex but that’s all. Also the amount of absolute neglect and threats we get is horrible. We’ve been threatened to leave or be killed numerous times. We’ve had our cars scratched up with rocks, but it was just the kids playing so it’s fine. It’s so hard to stay here but we have nowhere else to go right now. If we leave, the roaches will stay with us due to poor pest control. Zero stars is what this place deserves stay away if you can. This place is a last resort and it will take a lot to make it better."

"If I could give them a zero I surely would. Ms. Blair is a sweetheart but the rest of the staff is horrible. I have lived there a little over a year. The maintenance man that lives under me has been harassing me for months. I have had to call the police on him a million times. The rent office has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I put in complaint after complaint at the rent office & still nothing was ever done. I have video proof of everything that man has done to me. The lady in the rent office never looked at my video proof. I even asked to be moved to a different unit a few months ago & still nothing. It has gotten to the the point I had to go buy a pistol for my protection. I had to pull my pistol for my protection against him. My life has been threatened by him several times & again nothing has been done by the rent office."

"If I could rate 0 stars I would, this place is literally the worst. Roaches, disrespectful manager, no pest control, no air conditioning in the summer, and we are treated very poorly just because we have dogs. The staff won’t even knock on our doors to come close to our apartment building. The manager constantly threatens to kick us out due to rent being a day late. Pests and mold this places sanitary levels would be at least in the negatives there is no way this much black mold can be in one place, but it is. Our cars in the parking lot are being scratched up by kids with rocks, we’ve had multiple different messages from kids telling us to die or leave this place. It’s just crazy how unprofessional one place can be, honestly. This is literally the worst apartment complex."

"I love Mrs Blair, it's the people they moving in. I been here 4 years people stealing my stuff I ordered. I work hard my stuff I buy for my child. I hate to take matters in my own hands to protect what's mine my hard work. Whoever stealing stop before you get hurt. I haven't seen any roaches in my apartment. I like the office staff. Big ups to Chris he works hard good guy"
