"Lived here for 3 years in two different apartments. Both apartments were mold ridden. Both times management and maintenance chose to ignore or deny the issue. The first apartment, they attempted to paint over the large (and fuzzy) splotches of black mold. You can guess how well that worked (for photos see Eric H’s photo, my old roommate). The second apartment, they denied there was mold even after lab verified testing and photo evidence. It took getting a lawyer to get management to stop messing around. If you love it when management messes around with your health and living quarters then this is the place for you."

"Lived here for a year, great if you are a young adult with no pets, but NOT PET FRIENDLY. Units are relatively updated (had some AC issues that were a pain but got fixed, typical of most apartments). Basic amenities included but nothing special. Best perk is how safe & conveniently located it is. If you have a pet, DO NOT live here. There are no pet friendly amenities, like a dog park or little trash cans (have to take it to the dumpster every time, which are not conveniently located). Biggest issue I had was that other pet owners do not care about pet safety. They actively do not leash their dogs no matter how many emails the complex sent. Complex threatened to register dogs for DNA testing since people were not cleaning up after their pets. Had these issues the entire time I was here and was scared to walk my dog."

"Nice area but the first month I moved in my apartment they maintenance man went inside of my belongings and took some of my property. they weren't going to do anything about it unless I had proof. And the only way I have proof on my end was my doorbell camera. so if you do not have a camera at your door or inside your residence be prepared for something to be missing and don't know who did it. water leaks under your residence that live under you from your tub. Very racist, and very nosey. they took my deposit and said it was a smoking fee. When they have mold all in their building and water is still leaking from the roof when it rains. very high overrated rEnt and not worth it."

"We’re 9 months into our 12-month lease and we’ve taken on substantial flooding 4 times. We keep being told that they’re going to have someone “fix” it, but that doesn’t mean much around here. We also had our AC go out earlier in the summer, but it was a month before they had someone out to “fix” it. In the middle of the summer. And even then, it wasn’t fixed. We turned it on one night only to wake up to a 54 degree apt. And then it was another week or two before someone came and actually fixed it. The roofing company that this complex hired to repair the roofs left trash everywhere, which resulted in me stepping on a roofing nail right outside my apt. Thank God it just wasn’t my dog that stepped on one. There is a history of hiring cheap labor at the expense of the residents, and I do not recommend living here. We’ll be moving out as soon as possible."

"Maintenance guys and property manager are fantastic! Had my ac go out last month and they were super prompt and unproblematic. I’ve lived here over a year and have never had any issues. I’ve lived in the studio here, and for a studio it was surprisingly roomy and comfortable. This year I moved into a two bedroom here and I'm also super satisfied with the space and I love having a fireplace. They also have recently been scheduling food trucks to come out a couple times a week which has been very convenient. Lastly, the location is great - you’re right next to Columbiana, 31, and 65, but since the property is so wooded you feel secluded while still being close to everything."
