Chastaine Park Apartments

"I move here February 2022, Maintenance is EXCELLENT, it is very quiet and I have friendly neighbors. I meet 1 man that has been here 15 years.. That says a lot. Several other people have been here many many years. I've just been here 1 year & 11 months as of November 2023 when I wrote this review.. This location is S UPER convenient to plenty grocery stores and lots of place to eat. Both are only few minutes away. PLUS, 2 banks near by & new hardware store close by & car wash. If you move here you have access to so many business.."

Structure of this place is pretty old so it may not look super fine, but with everything else and price of this place everything else can be compromised. I love this place."

"I have lived at Chastaine Park for ten years. The neighbors are great (no loud thumping cars at night). Plenty of parking. The maintenance man always comes the same day of an issue and always leaves a receipt to let you know it has been resolved. I have come to know the management staff very well. They are good Christian men who truly care about their business and the tenants.My neighbor was hospitalized and the secretary and I went to check on him. It is very family oriented here. I would recommend this complex to anyone wishing to find a great location and quiet atmosphere. They allow small pets which is great cause the park is just down the street for walking your dogs."

"Don't move here. There is an insect problem- roaches and rats. No kidding. I had roaches in my bed. The front office staff is horrible. They have no manners and no people skills. They will argue with you and treat you like you are stupid. Find another place to live if you know what is good for you. Yes, the rent is low but you get what you pay for. The maintenance man also has problems. He doesn't want to fix anything."
