"DO NOT GO HERE! Crazy that this place is even open. They don't return phone calls. They do not help. It's a place to go when you are sick, and I would have better luck going to a mechanic shop. Absolutely awful! I should be able to get a refund. There should be a way to give negative on the stars. Seriously....AVOID going here."

"On 1/6/2024 came in to be seen. Was the first in line to sign . Only black person in the line. Sign in at the kisho like I was told to do. And got a clip board to finish my paperwork. Turn it in no one was called yet. The white receptionist put four white people a head of me. So I told her I was the first in line. And I was going to give this place A bad review she also stated I didn't turn my paper work in first why didn't she tell me this when I was.in line"

"Went in with terrible stomach pain. They said it would be a 2 hour wait but the real problem was with my insurance. They already had current insurance on file but refused to bill my insurance because I didn't have the physical card. They wanted to charge me the full price of the visit instead of trying to bill my insurance. What made it worse was I called before I went and they checked my insurance on file and said everything was fine to come on in. The receptionist said that if I had been there within the past 6 months then I could be seen without my card. I asked her to please verify that before I wait to 2 hours to be seen for full price which is not what I wanted to do. She instead threw my file to the back of the line and I ended up leaving. Don't waist your time with this "new management"."
