"Horrendous wait times and then was told you know it's just a wait and see kinda thing....why did y'all make me waste my time and money just for that? But wait when y'all haven't gotten paid yet and I barely got the bill...my phone is blowing up with calls about paying the bill...get your priorities straight and treat your patients like people instead of just another payment source."
"Elmore County Hospital got a bad rap years ago and I'd always avoid it BUT over the past 4-5 years I've had to visit the ER several times and stay for over a week at a timeba few times as an inpatient and I can honestly say Elmore County Hospital has stepped up their health care options/staff in a huge, good way!! Each visit I was treated very well (like a family member esp when staying inpatient) by everyone I had contact with from the Doctors, Nurses, X-ray, Lab, Custodians, Intake/Registration, etc (just as well if not better than some of the major/larger hospitals I've had to visit over the years due to ongoing/perm health issues). I recommend Elmore Co Hospital to any/everyone (I even took my 90yr old Mother there the one time she needed & would actually go to the hospital lol). I will gladly use Elmore County Hospital for any future health issues. Thanks for the Great Care Y'all!❤️"
"This is one of the best Hospitals I’ve experienced in my entire life on this planet. Everyone is kind, helpful, and professional. I was experiencing extreme back pain and was in dire need of help. Dr. Gerald Sweeney is very knowledgeable and compassionate! The staff and nurses were ON IT! If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful experience considering my circumstances."
"I had to take my husband in last week due to him not feeling well. The staff from start to finish were amazing. Dr. Sweeney took great care of him in the er and he ended up being admitted and having to have a couple of blood transfusions. The nurses went above and beyond and were so sweet and caring the entire time. Dr. Thompson was just as awesome. I can't say thank you enough for being so kind and compassionate."
"Best staff I've ever encountered. Always feel good inside the hospital and the lab staff is so productive and professional...the doctor's too. Did a fool up and a small operation.
