"Do you expect your primary care provider to respond to your calls in a timely manner? Do you expect to talk to someone when you call to make an appointment (or do you want to wait 24 hours for a callback or have it ring into eternity)? Do you expect to receive medical test results within a few days of your test? If so, this is NOT the place to go. Not just once, but several times I called and left messages -- with the nurse, as they ask, through the patient portal, and even walked in to leave a message with the front desk. Three different times/tests, it took more than a week for me to receive information regarding bloodwork and other tests. Leave a message with the nurse's voicemail? Sure. I left one *every day* for 6 days. I NEVER received a return call. Even after my in-person message, it took 4 days to get the details of those test results. And these tests were to diagnose a problem! The office manager also takes more than 48 hours to return a call. Bottom line: VERY poor communication at the facility, do not recommend."

"Refuse to call back / schedule appointments, even after you talk to them on the phone. You're not worth the doctor's time. You'll get a nurse practitioner."

"We like River Oaks Medical Center. The Doctors, Nurse Practitioner, nurses Lab staff are all great. My husband and I both use Brandy Laurenzi. We really like her. Her Nurse Amanda is so caring and helpful Looking for a new health provider go there Mary Lynn Ball"

"I used to go to Dr.Lyons but soon stopped coming here because he doesn't listen to what you're saying. I tried telling him my medication was making my mood worse and he told me "That doesnt happen with that type of medicine" he just completely disregarded my concern and told me he wanted me to keep taking it even though i had been for 6+ months. Dr.Lorenzi is the same way, told her my concerns and she just brushed it off. Both seem to not really care or listen and just want to get patients out as fast as possible. Don't recommend going here at all if you're having actual issues. If you're looking for a good doctor go to Jeana Murphy in Prattville, she actually listens and cares about her patients."

"Granted the nurse practitioner for Dr Kent was very nice and professional I still don't like how I rarely see my actual doctor. I can talk about things with him I don't feel comfortable talking about with the nurse practitioner. It takes months to see him and my insurance pays for him so I would like to be able to see him. May be changing doctors soon."
