"Well first off Ms. Nancy was a GREAT agent! This year was my son and I first time ever going to Disney World and Ms. Nancy made sure we enjoyed each park like she said. She was there to answer any questions I had. She made sure everything and everyone was okay and she also lead our group inside the parks and made sure we all stuck together. Not only park day but, everyday on vacation she made sure everyone was fine and we all had something to do. The trip was nothing less than AMAZING!! The bus ride was great. Lots of laughs and I met a lot of nice people on vacation. There was no problems at all. The hotel stay was just as perfect! I had a 2 bedroom and one was bunk beds and my son is 18 and he loved it! He had his own space to do whatever and he also had his own tv inside the room. This was our first trip but, it will not be our last.
