Reviews
"They are good service. I can't give them 5 stars because I am afraid they will raise their price. Everything has been high already."
"Very courteous and nice customer service rep I was very surprised, because the last time I was not as pleased.Nothing was explained to me as to why or what reason for not taking my return."
"Having experienced only the University/Airport Publix, I was stunned how dusappointingly different--in all realms--from "my" Publix. The arrangement was not at all like the store I frequent. However, one young lady in Produce, Simone, was exceptiobally observant, attentive and solution oriented! She has great potential in whatever her career goals. An assistant manager helped me to my car. The one advantage of that store is that the parking lot is a lot closer to the entrance."
"They have the friendliest and most helpful staff ever. The store is always clean and well stocked. Their organic selections are very good."
"This store meets the expectations of Publix, but the Pharmacy employees at this locations are the rudest individuals that I have ever dealt with. On one occasion we sat in the drive through for around 10 minutes, which is not the problem, but I took a bite of my food while sitting in my car waiting, I was questioned by the person at the window "why would you eat in the drive through?" well I've been sitting here in MY OWN CAR waiting so if I want to take a bite of my food that is getting cold, then that's not an acceptable interaction. During the current interaction that prompted this review, I called to have a prescription refilled after my doctor sent in the new prescription and was told "I don't know if we have it or when it will be filled, check your app and it'll tell you when its ready". This is only the latest of the many interactions with these same individuals, and they all are pretty much the same. I know that the value of customers to the Pharmacy does not hold the same value as customers to the store, but a little bit of consideration and respect to customers who are having to interact with the Pharmacy would be appreciated. We don't want to have to be dealing with the Pharmacy any more than these employees want us there. Customers to the pharmacy are in a vulnerable state and handling illness and medications and healthcare in general, so why not help instead of making the situation worse?"
