"These townhomes are nice but need lots of work. Maintenance is practically non existent. Takes weeks for maintenance requests to be handled. Management does not seem to care if issues are resolved in a timely manner. I noticed several families moving out over the past couple of weeks. This is probably due to issues with the homes and poor maintenance. I suggest that if you are considering moving here, please thoroughly inspect your prospective home and have problems fixed before signing a lease. Management needs to be better."

"Maintenance did come for a second time and temporarily fixed it. Just like the first time I was told the door guy has to come. That still hasn’t happen. The second time we were not able to even keep door closed without tying to leg of chair. That table with can and other chair were put there as temporary “lock”."
