"Lived here almost 3 years my first 2 years didn’t have any issues with the tenants nor office management few issues with the complex raised rent every lease ; plexs at the top are not updated The BIGGEST thing was I was VERY VERY discriminated by the recent office manager !! If you have kids I wouldn’t rent here and be prepared for racism at some point !!! I cried and right now still dealing with authorities to handle how my kids and I were treated!! One person can jeopardize a whole business people. Whoever commented back on this oh please stop it !! I’ve mailed and called the actual property people about this and the people you all are hiring no one reached out!"

"*Edit*Keep raising rent yearly for no improvements to the rooms. Management never replies. Maintenance attempts to fix issues, last for maybe a month then happens again. Management is never in the office when they say they are. Maintenance lies. DO NOT RENT HERE!"

"I've lived here for little more than 2 years now. It has been pretty nice for the price. The tenants mind their own business but everyone seems to be pretty nice. It's in a great spot if you go to Athens State, you can definitely walk or ride a bike to class. The only issue I can really think of with my apartment is that the appliances are a little older but they do still work."
