I definitely stayed because of them. The new office manager is a sweetheart. Her name is Tam ! She engages with her tenants and loves the kids in the community. I love it. Sam is sweet and kind as well. The maintenance team is awesome as well. Lawerence is very kind and responds on contact ! They definitely make it a better place to live."

"These people are scammers. They got out info and sat on it for a whole week. Then denied us and didn't have a legitimate reason. They basically just stole our information and $100. And their property looks horrible. It's trailer park trash at its worst. Don't give this place any opportunity to scam you. I will be reporting them to the BBB and attorney general office ASAP"
