"I had a very poor experience with this title company. We had a transaction teed up and a mobile closer with this group scheduled to visit my office on Monday. The closer did not communicate and never showed up to my office. After admitting fault, the title company found new liens that were levied against the property in the interim between the initial scheduled closing (Monday) and the next available closing time for Quality Title. I am now responsible for hundreds if not thousands in fines to the city, property taxes, and additional interest that never should have been my responsibility if Quality Title had only communicated, kept their word, or made working with them easy whatsoever. Unfortunately none of the three happened and I am being advised to pursue legal recourse."
