"After staying, I was cold turkey'D off all meds and had a seizure. I broke my tooth and brused my cheek in their facility. Their staff leaves urine on the ground and fecal matter in the older folks rooms. They don't pay attention to the people there and the care needed. They stick patients every 4 hours with blood pressure so you don't sleep. Starvation is a big problem with the diseases. When I left, I was 110 lbs and had diarrhea, vomiting, a fever and fungus called ringworm. Never take your lived ones to ANY ALTAPOint! I'm lucky to be alive! I would give a zero star if possible."

"Judy refused to help me make an intake appointment because I did not have my physical Medicaid card! I’d call in crying begging her to make me an intake appointment! She never told me about the walk in new patient intake days! It’s directly Judy’s fault that I was not able to access life saving medications that are entitled to me thru disability and the federal government! I ended up in the hospital and almost committed suicide. I have the same condition Amanda bines has. Judy I hope you get 100% what you give! You should be very ashamed of your self taking it upon yourself to deny folks access to medicine! Shame on you! 8 months Judy I called you over and over! JUDY YOU NEEDTO BE FIRED!!!!"

"Supervisors are unreasonable and security is horrible employees getting constantly harassed by patients while security and supervisors will uphold that type of behavior do not recommend to work her they have a lots of positions open because of horrible circumstances and would call police for help because nurses won’t help u they will just let fights happen while they watch"

"Was not able to help due the fact they didn't want to take my case. Evidently my mental health issues were too uncomfortable to them. I call that being unprofessional."
