"Supervisors are unreasonable and security is horrible employees getting constantly harassed by patients while security and supervisors will uphold that type of behavior do not recommend to work her they have a lots of positions open because of horrible circumstances and would call police for help because nurses won’t help u they will just let fights happen while they watch"
"Good place to stay voluntarily but the inpatient will keep you for a long time because of Alabama laws concerning "family". I was forced to stay seven months because of "family" and Alabama law and ended up being discharged to a place with bedbugs. They also stole all my clothes during my first visit then blocked my number. Frequently they receive patients who are neither suicidal nor violent. However the THERAPY is good here. 5 stars for therapy. Especially one therapist. I was able to get tools I needed to do my own therapy and have since recovered from cluster B traits and functional neurological disorder (about 5 tics a day). The doctors it me on a medicine that kept me here a long time didn't appreciate that. Was also prematurely released to lakefront and consequently kicked out of altapointe."

"Great staff and service. Everyone there is nice and is treated fairly for the most part. If you are a consumer you might not like the amount of time you have to spend but there, over all everyone has your best interest and they try their best to make it a barable experience.
