"I had a very bad experience with Dr. Lyon and his assistant Shelly. I went to him for Botox and filler injections, but I ended up with a lot of problems and no satisfaction. Here are some of the issues I faced: He did not inform me of the best product for my cheeks until after he injected me with a less effective one. He caused me to have severe migraines, blurry vision, nausea, and drooping of my right eyebrow and eyelid. He used an old machine to try to fix the Botox, but it only made things worse. He made me wait for over an hour and a half in a small room with poor ventilation. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He blamed me and his other patients for the problems he caused. He refused to admit his mistakes or apologize. His assistant burned my skin with a laser and did not care. He ignored my requests for a fair and reasonable solution. He only gave me a referral to two other doctors after a week of silence. I wasted over $1800, missed out on important events, and had to cancel my vacation because of his incompetence and negligence. I am very unhappy with the results and the service. I do not recommend him to anyone."

"I came initially for a laser surgery consult and to see options on resurfacing acne scars. I had met with 2 other plastic surgeons before moving to Alabama. I spoke to him about their plan of approach and after a good discussion I went with his plan of treatment. It was more simple, lower cost, and much faster results than the other proposals. Dr Lyons is very good at what he does, and my results were excellent. I went my entire life not wanting to be in photos and carried the teenage acne scars with me everywhere and I just lived with it. This was the best money I ever spent, and I consider it an investment that will pay for a lifetime. I am no longer conscious of my facial appearance. I’ve taken lots of photos, I do selfies. It changed my life in the area I desperately wanted change. I had 3 laser surgeries performed and my pre and post procedure follow ups were excellent. I was in the office probably on 7 or 8 occasions. I never experienced any issues with the staff, and wait times were always reasonable. Everyone was nice and the experience was great. Dollar for dollar it was the best money ever spent. Men don’t know they want laser surgery till they see their post surgery results."

"I cannot say enough about Dr. Lyons and his staff and how amazing they are. I've seen them for a while now, as he comes highly recommended by another physician I see. The staff is so relatable and knowledgeable about anything I've had done. I recently even had a surgery with him and the entire hospital staff was so excited to see Dr. Lyons, they would not stop commenting on how amazing his bedside manner was. And they were absolutely right. He was so kind and checked on me constantly. He made sure I was comfortable and that my husband knew all the details. He really is an amazing physician and will do anything to help his patients!"

First and foremost, Dr. Lyons has an amazing bedside manner and is probably the most respectful, patient and personable physician I’ve ever been treated by. He fully explained the different options and answered all of my (many!) questions until I was comfortable His staff was nothing but kind, professional and helpful and made me feel immediately welcome there. The procedure itself went perfectly and my recuperation was easier than expected. I would have absolutely no hesitation in sending any of family members or friends to Dr. Lyons.
