An additional star was lost because the latest change request made on the phone was never completed and I had to call the insurance company the third time before I could get someone to make an update. Update: Jill, the update that wasn’t made was an address update. You’re also speaking about homeowners insurance and I’m talking automotive insurance. Your excuse for waiting over three full business days to reply to my email, which was an email since it was after hours, and only replying because of this review, is just a lousy excuse."
