"Just completed the purchase of a used vehicle through Tom Roush Mazda/Mitsubishi, and I can't speak highly enough of my experience with them! I worked with Brent, and he was very patient with all my questions as a first time car-buyer and super communicative throughout the process. When I scheduled my test drive he had the vehicle pulled up and running when I arrived. I never felt too pressured by anyone on the team to purchase any sort of add-on warranty/maintenance pkg/etc. (while a variety of good options were made available and explained well, I knew it wasn't something I was interested in personally!), and they also gave me a very reasonable trade in amount on my old car. They also did a great job showing exactly how the pricing works - I feel like you always hear about car dealers being shady about pricing and random fees, but they gave me a very clear breakdown of every cost right from the start, no surprise fees at the last minute. Overall, 5/5 stars!"
