The Walk

"This is the best apartment complex ever! I lived here last year and am planning on living here next year. It’s the perfect place for students, especially those without a car on campus. Walking distance to class. Wonderful, helpful and kind management. The building is VERY clean and safe. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or unsafe that something was going to happen to me. The maintenance guy is excellent. We had an issue with the air conditioning in my unit and we placed a work order and not even 30 minutes later there was a knock at the door and the issue was immediately worked on and resolved. Although rent is a little pricey, it is 1000% worth it as safety and cleanliness is always a top priority :)"

"I am moving in the walk for sophomore year and as we all know how stressful it can be, but the maintenance superintendent (Hunter) has been the most helpful kind man ever. He worked overtime to just put up my Tv and has been running around trying fix everything else. He is one of the most hard working man I’ve ever seen."
