"Isabel gave me my tour and was absolutely amazing! She answered all my questions and was very sweet. My biggest concern was that I have a GSD, The Crimson was one of the few places that didn’t have breed or weight restrictions which is why I originally was interested. On my tour, Isabel highlighted the dog park which really sold me since I have a very high energy dog and there’s not many places that I can conveniently take her. The dog park has become her favorite place to go, she pulls me as soon as we start walking that way!"

"I have enjoyed living at the Crimson and love the staff here. Manager Christopher Lee has always been extremely helpful when issues arise and the maintenance team is also great. Mr. Abbott (the ginger with the beard) is fantastic and very knowledgeable. He was able to help fulfill all of my maintenance requests and was also extremely nice. He was mindful of my fur baby when entering and exiting which was much appreciated. Overall, I have really enjoyed living here so close to campus."

"the crimson is about the cheapest options you can get within a good distance to campus. they have 2 gyms, a coffee machine for the morning, a huge pool, dog park, and sand volleyball courts. i’ve never had an issue when requesting for maintenance they respond and show up within 24 hours. i like how they do their mail since i have had a lot of packages come in since i moved here and ive never had an issue. i live in a 4 bedroom apartment and my apartment size is perfect. it’s really nice having a balcony in every unit and having your own bathroom. i know people complain about the distance to campus but i have 8ams everyday and leave here at 7:40 and make it to my classes on time. i would recommend to anyone especially those on a budget."

"I really enjoy staying here! I have had nothing but a great time in my apartment! Everybody in the front office has been a great help especially the AGM of Leasing, Christopher. Any questions I had or any concerns I presented, he addressed them quickly and in top notch fashion bringing great results every time. He is very nice and professional. He is also very approachable and sensitive to the needs and concerns of the Crimson community. We have also been able to have side bar conversations that really allowed me to get to know him pretty well! Me and other residents are quite fond of Chris and how much he has helped us! The Crimson is doing everybody a tremendous service by having Christopher on your staff!"
