"Security harasses and tries to belittle people. Appointments cancelled with little or no notice. Excessive wait. Also I’m curious how dropping my grandmother off and not being able to stay is any of your business. Standing in the way and Saying call this service, they’ll send someone who WILL stay with you (in a condescending tone), that’s not appropriate. Then to follow me to my car and stare after we’ve had a negative exchange. Can you say she’s a waste of city resources."
"Very good staff wait time is short.. I really like the hospital and the Docs and medical staff are great."
"I have never been down to the health department before, and I'm not going to lie, I didn't have high expectations. I just had to go get a birth certificate. But let me tell you..I believe her name was Chasity, she was WONDERFUL! So sweet, helpful and had zero problem answering any of my questions and she tried to help me the best she could (with another issue). Everyone I came in contact with during the 20 minutes I was there (was very fast and didn't expect that, either) said good afternoon and told me to have a good day (everyone from the custodians to that sweet lady) Not to mention, it was SO CLEAN."
"I had an appointment at the beginning of July with Dr Ozmant (Dr Kromiack used to be my doctor) for necessary prescriptions and a sinus infection. I wasn't allowed in the building and told I had to get a Covid test. I had the Covid test on July 16. It came back negative. I called to make another appointment with Ozmant...but couldn't get an appointment until September 3. I called the appointment number again, stating my sinus infection has moved to my lungs and I can't wait until September for an antibiotic. They set me an appointment for the medical van today where they had me signed up for another Covid test. Why? I was told I needed two Covid tests to see doctor or get an antibiotic. All I needed was a simple antibiotic. No one should have to wait two months for that. Now I'm being told to go to the emergency room. Why not say that in the beginning. So unfair and hurtful. No logical rationale for the delays and lack of medical response."
"I wouldn't give any stars but in order to leave a review, you have to. For this to be an urgent care, there is no urgency to care for the patients. Was sitting in a room for almost 3 hours and no one said a word. When I got up to leave, when I told them I had to leave, they asked my name. Still don't know what's wrong with me"
