"Don’t waste your time like I did. Appointment scheduled for TWO months just for them to call me an hour before my appointment time to tell me the doctor was sick. Also refused to credit ME the $100 THEY receive if the patient cancels. Greedy, money hungry. Luckily I am not a suicidal patient. I wonder how many people we have lost because of psychiatric offices like this who do not care about their patients."

"Our family has been trying to make an appointment for two weeks and still have not been able to get one. Paper work submitted promptly, multiple calls made with no calls back to see if paper work was received and to schedule an appointment still without any luck.Finally after repetitive emails as well, we get a call back and are still not able to make an appointment. We have done everything on our end, but with the lack of comprehension with the receptionist, Kathy, we have still not been able to get an appointment. Two weeks in to this mess, and if this is how they work in the office, we will try to go else where. *After reading other reviews, I can see this is clearly not a new issue that people are dealing with."

"I have been a patient with CMS for at least 10 years. I have been treated very well by all of the staff. Unfortunately, my original Psych retired and I dreaded being transferred but I quickly warmed up to my new dr and we have a good rapport. During a particularly trying time I also worked with one of the physiologists and his support was life changing. I just can’t say enough about my positive experience with this group"

"The doctors here were not my issue. Harrison was the best psychiatrist I've seen in a long time. The billing office and front staff however are horrific. They scheduled an appointment FOR me well outside of my normal times, and then charged me a $100 fee when I missed it. Despite how many angry phone calls were made, they refused to refund me and said it needed to go towards my "balance." Regardless that the money they pulled came out of what I had set aside for my mortgage. On top of that, they kept stating there was a 1 minute long phone call made where I "clearly" made the appointment, when my AND Verizon's call records showed no such thing. And then of course they refused to pull the call and prove that I ever set that up. I had to call the bank and file a dispute to get that money back. I will never be returning unless Harrison moves to another company."

"I was a patient a few years ago and this was my first time trying therapy. What a horrible mistake. -Hopefully, things have changed here and no one will have the experience I did. I did see both the therapist and psychiatrist are still here but maybe they have improved.- •It was a huge step for me to take to try to get help. Especially as one usually feels so unbelieved struggling with mental illness. Well I can say the therapist I went to did nothing but make me feel worse. She did not believe I suffered from depression because I can put on a great front and if I’m not in the depths of despair, one probably can’t tell I struggle. So her not believing me until I was in such a bad place was very hurtful. Her suggestions to me were read a self help book. Years of schooling and training for her, me paying money for a professional and that’s what I got. •The psychiatrist wasn’t horrible but he liked to talk about himself. So I knew more about his life struggles than he knew mine. And watch out, they don’t/won’t tell you but THE minute you are over your “time” they will charge you for it but they can not be on time and cause you less time speaking with them and you sure don’t get a “discount”. •The office staff was SO rude. You would think as a place offering services for people that usually have mental struggles they would be nice/kind. Absolutely not, they were not friendly when you walked in and could care less. Also, I paid my copay for each appointment and then one day I come in and I all of a sudden owe like $300 because insurance or something wasn’t billed right. Im still not completely sure what occurred or how it was legal, honestly I was just so upset because I did not have money like that then. And they wouldn’t let me have my appointment unless it was paid. After that, I never returned. (Granted I should of stopped going after the therapist didn’t believe me at first.) •After a few years, I am finally taking the steps to try therapy again since my first experience really ruined the thought of therapy for me. I’m just now writing this review because I was scared to say something then. And also if this could maybe help someone really vet who they go to and they can have a good experience."
