"My mother needed her aids re-programmed. I called, (you only get an answering machine) left a message asking them to call me back. A day or two later the Dr's secretary called back, got the particulars, said they had ordered the software to do the work and made an appointment. I drove an HOUR to their office, (tiny in an older strip mall) with the aids. Once there, the Dr looked flustered, seemed to know NOTHING about what the appointment was about, had no software to re-program the aids, started calling the company and then said she may not have been able to re-program anyway. Then wanted to sell new thousand-dollar aids! I think not! I wasted a half a day, gas only to see how disorganized these folks are. Will NEVER use this business again."

"I highly recommend my daughter in law. She helped me with my hearing problem 2 years ago. I am 70 years old and still working and was losing business due to not hearing the client during telephone conversations.
